Staying on your Feet (SOYF) is a 12 week program offered by the SK Health Authority to improve your balance and reduce the risk of falling. The class is one hour/week with 1/2 hour of education and 1/2 hour of exercise.
It will run on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 at Westgate Alliance Church.
Registration is required (it is not a drop-in class) and the fall program is full.
